2025-2026 PLAYER REGISTRATION

Please complete the following form to register your player and order your player's East Boise Wolves Basketball Uniform. Uniforms will consist of a jersey, shorts, and a shooting hoodie. New uniforms are requried for new players, and optional for returning players. Shooting hoodies are required for all players. Bags are optional.

Pricing:

Club & AAU Fee: $150 (Includes AAU Club Registration/Insurance, Individual AAU Registration, Coaches Uniform, THS Quad Donation)
Uniform: $120 (Includes reversible top & shorts) - Required for new players, optional for returning players
Shooting Hoodie: $50 - Required for ALL players, new and returning.
Club Branded Basketball Bag: $70 - Optional

Additional Donation

Additional Donation to Timberline & Timberline Quad Basketball Programs that make our gym space possible. This enables us to keep our costs VERY LOW compared to other club teams. We ask that you please consider a donation to these programs in the following denominations: $15, $25, $50, $75, $100, or $200.

Acknowledgment of Terms and Conditions By adding my name below, I acknowledge and agree to the following: Uniform Order: I understand that if I have indicated my player requires a uniform, an East Boise Wolves uniform will be ordered on my player’s behalf. I am fully responsible for the sizing selected, the cost of the uniform, and any additional items ordered by completing this form. Club Fees: I acknowledge that the club fee covers my player’s AAU registration, AAU Club-level registration, minimal club administrative fees, and coaches’ uniforms. Any surplus club fees collected at the end of the season will be donated to the Timberline High School basketball program, and other contributing Timberline Quad schools. AAU Registration and Insurance: I authorize the club to register my player as an AAU member to ensure proper insurance coverage for all players, coaches, volunteers, and the club. Code of Conduct: I agree that my player and I will follow the East Boise Wolves Basketball Club’s code of conduct, including showing respect for coaches, teammates, referees, opponents, and spectators at all times. I understand that failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, including possible removal from the team without refund. Refund Policy: I understand that all club fees, uniform fees, and other payments are non-refundable. Liability Waiver: I acknowledge that participation in basketball involves inherent risks, and I release the East Boise Wolves Basketball Club, its coaches, volunteers, and affiliates from any liability for injuries or damages that may occur during practices, games, tournaments, or any club-sponsored activities. Media Release: I grant permission for photographs and video of my player to be taken during practices, games, and team events and used by the East Boise Wolves Basketball Club for promotional or informational purposes, including social media and the club website. Communication: I agree to maintain up-to-date contact information and to check team communications regularly to ensure I receive important updates about schedules, fees, and team activities.
